Terms & Conditions — jetta9 Player Agreement

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing any jetta9 service.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting through an individual account.
• Online gambling must not be prohibited, restricted, or unlawful under the laws of your country, state, province, or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of jetta9, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through jetta9 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be under any legal disability that would impair your ability to do so.

jetta9 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, or proof of address from any player at any time. These may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or recent utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jetta9 may result in the temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of any pending bonus funds.

• All duplicate accounts will be closed without prior notice.
• Any bonus funds or free bet credits held across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds on duplicate accounts are subject to confiscation.
• Real-money balances on duplicate accounts will be returned to the original deposit source after deducting any applicable bonus-related winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. jetta9 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect that your jetta9 login credentials have been compromised, you must notify support at [email protected] immediately.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned, subject to processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• Deposits are typically credited to the player account within seconds of confirmed payment. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within this window, the player should contact support with their transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–4 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may require additional identity verification, which can extend processing to 24 hours.
• jetta9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation including source-of-funds evidence before releasing funds.
• All player accounts and transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. jetta9 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or accounts in names other than the registered player.
• Currency conversion fees or charges imposed by mobile wallet providers are the sole responsibility of the player and will not be reimbursed by jetta9.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and collusive play, constitutes abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each bonus offer will specify a wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement). This is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games, baccarat, and certain table games may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates will be stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be automatically removed from the account.
• jetta9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms, where technically feasible.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device, or IP address is permitted. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via multiple accounts will be treated as duplicate account abuse under Clause 3.

• jetta9 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game, market, or feature. Games may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, regulatory review, or at the instruction of the game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jetta9's decision on the outcome of that round is final. Where a round cannot be completed due to a malfunction, the stake will typically be returned to the player's account.
• For sports betting, jetta9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were published in error, where the event has been cancelled or significantly altered, or where the integrity of the event is under investigation.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and games. These limits will be displayed within each game or market interface. Bets placed in excess of stated maximum limits may be voided or reduced to the applicable maximum at jetta9's discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension will be honoured; bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected and stakes returned.

Any dispute arising from a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction must be submitted to jetta9 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. jetta9 will investigate all disputes in good faith and will provide a written response within 5 business days. jetta9's decision on any dispute is final and binding, subject only to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access jetta9 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any jetta9 game or system.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through a known or suspected software error must be reported to support immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims with a payment provider in relation to genuine jetta9 transactions.
• Using jetta9 accounts for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your jetta9 account credentials or account balance to any third party.
